Various changes/fixes
- finding device in recovery mode will also detect dfu mode - add error when options plist fails to extract from restore ramdisk (for situations like #683) - switch to using everuntether for 5c 8.4, and other everuntether fixes - change message in install ipa appsync (from #682) - copy files to saved folder if ipsw is selected on just boot - change message on ssh ramdisk 64-bit, better warning - a fix in send pwned ibss for a5
