c6cc79d34c Replace most curl usage with static aria2c 
- update intel macos zenity binary to run on el capitan
-add git fallbacks if --filter causes an error (like if git is too old on older macos versions)
- remove homebrew/macports requirements
- hopefully no issues come out of these changes
