LukeZGD 493023ee6b Update and fix stuff for older devices 
- fix ibss and ibec patching (blob dumping still doesnt seem to work tho for a4 and older)
- enabling jailbreaking latest 6.1.6 and 5.1.1
- add option to restore to 4.1 for the 3gs
