Add experimental markdownlint Doesn't solve any issues but prints a long log of what it considers being an issue. Also uses "sentences-per-line" to enforce 1-sentence per line, markdown handles it anyways and it makes git changes much more readable.

Update eslint setup and fix some errors Still has a bunch of errors that can't be auto-fixed though.
