Add tabs to docs

Add Extensions page 
Known to be broken:
- Using an anchor to load the page.
- Color scheme for Element-Plus.
- Clicking an anchor does not instantly mark it with color.

Should look into:
- Adding pagination?
- Optimizing for Vite?
