Tablet layout will extend the toolbar past the nav rail
Phone layout will contain the toolbar inside the controller's bounds and is collaspable

704a741f73 Allow all dark themes to be amoled + dark theme reworking 
AMOLED theme ded
Black 'n' Red ded (replaced with Chocolate Strawberries) (closes #763)
Hot pink ded (now use Midnight Dusk + Purl black)

Using those old themes will now revert back to default dark

Add a button that pick a random manga to read (#876) 
* add random button functionality

* Add random manga setting, this should close #873

It open only manga with unread chapter, if we feel is needed we could add a setting to open even read manga

* Add random manga functionality to hopper long press

Also revert previous changes to preference and ui

0fa3eef40e Animated insets for the fabs when keyboard shows 
The reason I'm on android 11's sdk in the first place

Also gonna need a lot of checks because android just deprecated all the inset stuff for pre 11

Some of these changes actually optimzed the tab bar animations a lot
