You can:
 - Use PS2 HDD Decrypter Helper toolkit only in non-commercial projects but only if you provide toolkit author (Berion).
   If you recording and publishing video on which you are using my toolkit, you must tell who are the authors of toolkit itself and all tools using by it.

You cannot:
 - Modify and publish code without authors permission.
 - using it in commercial projects.
