* glib/DelegateWrapper.cs: Remove 'RemoveIfNotAlive'
	and revamp the memory management to use destroy
	notification.

	* generator/CallbackGen.cs: Do not generate the call to
	RemoveIfNotAlive.

	* gtk/GtkSharp.GtkClipboardGetFuncNative,
	GtkSharp.GtkClipboardClearFuncNative: Do not call
	RemoveIfNotAlive.
