This is an initial stab at a 1.10 binding. It will probably take
more based on the number of errors still coming out of the Gdk
build.
* AssemblyInfo.cs.in: kill keyfile attr
* Makefile.am: moved mono.snk to cairo dir
* Makefile.include: no need to copy snk into builddir any longer.
