	* glib/*.cs: support win32 utf8 variant methods.
	* gtk/*.custom: support win32 utf8 variant methods.
	* gtk/Gtk.metadata: mark some win32_utf8_variant methods.
	  [Fixes #550961] Adapted from a patch by Tor Lillqvist.
