* glib/Object.cs, glib/SList.cs, glib/Value.cs, gtk/Application.cs:
	Move documentation to right before their actual methods, rather
	than the DllImported ones.

	* generator/Method.cs: Generate documentation before the actual
	method and not the DllImport.
