* glade/HandlerNotFoundExeception.cs: Added.
	* glade/Makefile.in
	* glade/XML.custom: Support for autoconnecting signals using
	reflection.
	* glib/SignalAttribute.cs: Added.
	* generator/Signal.cs: Mark events generated from glib signals
	with the "Signal" attribute.
	* sample/GladeTest.cs
	* sample/Makefile.in
	* sample/test.glade: Test of signal autoconnection.
