* generator/Makefile.am : add new file.
	* generator/Method.cs : refactoring to use ReturnValue.
	* generator/MethodBody.cs : remove unnecessary code.
	* generator/ReturnValue.cs : class for redundant retval handling.
	* generator/Signal.cs : refactoring for ReturnValue.
	* generator/SignalHandler.cs : refactoring for ReturnValue.
