* generator/Parser.cs : add symbol type='marshal' support.
	* gdk/Event.cs : add GetEvent method to wrap arbitrary events.
	* gdk/gdk-symbols.xml : make Event, EventAny, and EventNoExpose
	marshal symbols using Event.GetEvent (). [Fixes #74184]
