	stuff in favor of the more developer friendly custom bindings.

	* gnomevfs/ModuleCallbackFillAuthentication.cs:
	* gnomevfs/ModuleCallbackFullAuthentication.cs:
	* gnomevfs/ModuleCallbackSaveAuthentication.cs:
	* gnomevfs/ModuleCallbackStatusMessage.cs: Complete the module callback
	implementations.
