* glib/MainContext.cs: Add API to create new MainContexts. Add a few
	missing methods.
	* glib/MainLoop.cs: Allow creating MainLoops in non-default MainContexts.
	[Fixes #526232]
	* glib/MainContext.xml, glib/MainLoop.xml: Add docs for the new API.
