* Fix Fcmge_S/V & Fcmgt_S/V.

Follow-up Fcm**_S/V & Fc*mp*_S.
Improve CmpCondition enum.
Nits.

* Optimize Fccmp*_S & Fcmp*_S.

* Fix cvtsd2si opcode.

* Address PR feedback.
