Joostinonline	bd0c05ee6b	CHANGES: ... -Added support for the new vWii System Menu's -I've got the beginnings of animation going. I still need to work on making it smooth -Fixed the ridiculous bug (possibly intentional?) where the System Menu region is defined by setting.txt, not by what's installed. -Some minor optimizations TODO: -Make those cogs turn smoothly, and possibly touch up the gfx. -Do some SERIOUS code cleanup.
