-Changed delay between messages to milliseconds. Still need to tweak the time. -Added HDE to the SysCheck title -Removed reloading the runtime IOS since it's unnecessary -Fixed Select IOS not showing up after a failed update -A little minor cleanup TODO: Still need to figure out why the runtime IOS/vIOS is labeled incorrectly.
