fix94.1 c08a0710ce -cleaned up gametdb code

-fixed gametdb memory management, now you can reload cache as
often as you want, read synopsis as often as you want without
wiiflow codedumping or freezing anymore after a few

Moved _initAsyncNetwork so it starts when the program starts. This way wifi-gecko is connected earlier and you can see the initialization messages.
