fledge68 db89fbe9b9 -added new [NAND] option to wiiflow.ini - switch_both_nands= no (default) or yes. when set to yes any time you change a nand path or preset it will change both the saves nand and emunand so they are always the same. must be manually changed.

Moved _initAsyncNetwork so it starts when the program starts. This way wifi-gecko is connected earlier and you can see the initialization messages.
