fix94.1 e066537d9b -added beta custom banner download, you need to set "custom_banner_url"

in the GENERAL section in your wiiflow.ini, do it like
custom_banner_url=http://www.example.com/{gameid}.bnr
{gameid} gets replaced automatically by the game id6/id3

Moved _initAsyncNetwork so it starts when the program starts. This way wifi-gecko is connected earlier and you can see the initialization messages.
