Add directxtk Note: 1. dynamic build is not supported, because upstream build are static by default. 2. Currently uwp build are not supported, it can eanbled by swith to using DirectXTK_Windows10.sln instead of DirectXTK_Desktop_2015_Win10.sln. We can enable it in the future.
