Michael B. McLaughlin	57f051776f	Added ports for pixman 0.32.0 and cairo 1.14.6. Note that neither support UWP (pixman can only build as a static library due to having no exports and cairo depends on GDI among other things). Also, cairo depends on pixman, libpng, and zlib.	2016-11-25 18:48:19 -05:00
