* [getdns] Add new port.

* Add support for vcpkg static library builds.

* Convert libevent and libuv libraries to features.

* Use ${PORT} in copyright install.

* getdns does not currently support UWP.

* Add failing port on UWP to portfile.

* Remove optional FEATURES keyword.
