Add enhancements

-Adds High Res shadows for Twilight Princess (found by Esppiral)
-Adds High Res shadows for SM3DW (found by Dario FF)
-Removes High Res TP shadows from Quality
-Adds Low Res SM3DW shadows to Preformance
