Requested by https://www.reddit.com/r/cemu/comments/c4ey4f/mario_kart_8_mktv_watermark/ I also changed the name of the 60FPS pack for Mario Kart 8 to conform to our Game_UpperCasePackName folder naming scheme and made a proper description, name and path.
