f3dd61ae89 GameINI: Add Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure 
`EFBEmulateFormatChanges = True` properly emulates the blur in the pause screen.
`ImmediateXFBEnable = False` to prevent epilepsy-inducing FMVs and main menu.
