This currently only supports using the internal vibrate on a phone for rumble.

ec5e46fa7a Android: Return 0 on fail on WiimoteReal IOWrite and update WiimoteNew defaults
Some of the write checks do an & on the result, returning 0 will allow these fails to be caught.
Updated the default WiimoteNew to set wiimotes 2-4 to be disabled on new install. No reason to have these
enabled unless there is actually a 2+ players

6f6cdd206b [Android] Add support for true analog triggers.
This only works if GCPadNew.ini and Dolphin.ini files are not already in the dolphin config folder. Any advice would be helpful. I'd really like to tackle the UI and wiring for deadzones, radius, etc.

50b44fa337 Android: More on-screen buttons
GameCube now has a c-stick. For Wii games, there is now a Wiimote + Nunchuk setup.

f62054e467 Android: More analog input configurations
Lets the user set the following in intervals of 10 between 10 and 100;
- Stick/Radius (default 100,000000)
- Triggers/Threshold (default 90,000000)
- Tilt/Modifier/Range (default 50,000000) + mapped Tilt/Modifier button
to the configurations for wiimotes & nunchuks
