New dolphin-tool command: "header"
-b / --block_size
-c / --compression
-l / --compression_level
Informative RVZ/WIA header2 value "compression_level" is now a s32 instead of a u32, because negative compression is a thing.
Speaking of, it is now possible to use negative compression levels in dolphin-tool's convert command (not the GUI, though).

tags are adopted in many large projects, including things like the Linux
kernel.
This is intended to catch WIA files which have been created using
wit's default parameters (40 MiB block size), once the WIA PR is
merged. The check does however also work for GCZ files – not that
I think anyone has a GCZ file with a block size that large.
The constant DESIRED_BUFFER_SIZE was determined by multiplying the
old hardcoded value 32 with the default GCZ block size 16 KiB.
Not sure if it actually is the best value, but it seems fine.
Rather than rely on the developer to do the right thing,
just make the default behavior safely deallocate resources.
If shared semantics are ever needed in the future, the
constructor that takes a unique_ptr for shared_ptr can
be used.
