Add VPADBASESetSensorBarSetting and VPADBASEGetSensorBarSetting
If the second parameter (setting) is set to 1, the sensor bar from the Wii U GamePad will be enabled. Any other values will disable it. Thanks to QuarkTheAwesome for mentioning this on Twitter :)
