db5d26d9a0 Added Settings menu. 
In the Settings you can:
- disable/ enable the music
- disable/ enable rumble
- set the language

97b8005051 Intial languages support and clean up 
- Initial support for multiple languages (Currenty there is no option to set a language)
- Added language files for english and german
- Deleted not used resources
