Updated KOR/JPN/NTSC themes

- Updated themes from diddy81
 - NTSC themes: Fixed a typo pointing to an EU function instead of a US function leading to Country setting not being accessible while the old theme was applied
 - KOR/JPN themes: After checking the stock menus it seems they don't have a language or country option in their menus so the buttons were removed
