f215d3b13e fixed all known bugs 
-fixed the make dir issue
-fixed injection in existing folders

need to find a work arround for too much data.

3939be8263 New entry and elf loader 
- Now excecuted on FSAddClientEX
- getting the persistentID from the system instead of guessing
- cleaner log files
- improved the installer (thanks to dimok for the loadiine code)
- loading saviine as elf (thanks to dimok for the loadiine code)
- should support more games
