Add Depth/Stencil Format Support to Texture
Sets `VkImageUsageFlags` correctly rather than hardcoding it for color attachments and adds multiple `VkBufferImageCopy` to `VkCmdCopyBufferToImage` for Color/Depth/Stencil aspects of an image.
