re-fixify the gamegrid theme shit. *note* please update any themes to use the separate entries for the toolbar buttons for each view. (gamegrid_dvd_blablabla, gamecarousel_dvd_blablabla, etc). one of these days the workaround for older themes will be gone and those themes will not look right.
