1. Added custom images for game setting screen (you could use a different background for game settings now. You need to have gamesettings_background.png and bg_options_gamesettings.png

change wbackground to align with buttons. remove settings and buttons while using the keyboard from the settings menu. set up page tabs in settings menu. if we decide to keep it, more time can be spent on the graphics.

Adds a second drawing-pass for drawing tooltips. Now tooltips allways on top and no more overlapped by other buttons.
