dimok321	ab82b0b40d	*Added BannerSound playback to GameWindowPrompt, playing the gamesounds back (Thanks to Hibernatus for his decoding and uncompressing functions) ... NOTE: Added option to enable/disable the BannerSounds and a volume option for it. Note that volume 0 is not the same as disabled. On volume 0 the sounds are still loaded.
