90bd9a14d7 - Portiere Banhammer, inklusive Whitelist und allem drum und dran! 
- pre_process() funktioniert jeztt wieder wie in v1
- is_sudo() hinzugefügt
- Username des Bots wird jetzt aus Nachrichten rausgeschnitten (damit der Bot noch funktionieren, wenn mehrere im gleichen Chat sind)

Plugins can now silence error messages or set their own.
  administration.lua now silences error messages.
  administration kick notifications now include user IDs.

Das ist momentan noch alles WIP, das meiste ist einfach bloß copy&paste vom proprietären
Brawlbot v1.
