0ba8a76392 iPad 2 4.3.x semi-tethered jailbreaking 
- tethered without blobs, semi-tethered with blobs
- only tested on 2,1 wi-fi, might have issues in the cellular ones, hopefully not

04f0267b2a Update ssh_config, fix "no matching host key type" 
apparently `HostKeyAlgorithms +ssh-rsa` is not enough, i also had to add `PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms +ssh-rsa` to the config

- fstab8 is basically just stock fstab with nosuid removed
