* gtk/Gtk.metadata: hide GtkModuleInitFunc and
GtkModuleDisplayInitFunc; they are the signatures of user-defined
methods that gtk only ever resolves via g_module_symbol(), so
they're not useful from C#. (And the marshalling was all wrong
