Place the `20_usb_serial_logging.rpx` in the `[ENVIROMENT]/modules/setup` folder and run the [EnvironmentLoader](https://github.com/wiiu-env/EnvironmentLoader).
Requires [MochaPayload](https://github.com/wiiu-env/MochaPayload) as a setup module in `[ENVIROMENT]/modules/setup`.
