fix94.1 0041618cb1 -from now on wiiflow will save the current coverflow view on game

boot, as soon as you boot wiiflow again/return to wiiflow you will
return to this view once, if you boot wiiflow again then you will
be back in normal wii games view until you boot another game

Moved _initAsyncNetwork so it starts when the program starts. This way wifi-gecko is connected earlier and you can see the initialization messages.
