works with extracted nintendo games (collection is very small
but will grow) as soon as more covers come you can also download
covers for other systems, also added a new option to plugin inis
for this day already, "consoleCoverID"
-updated english help file (thanks seam for info)

Moved _initAsyncNetwork so it starts when the program starts. This way wifi-gecko is connected earlier and you can see the initialization messages.
