[WWHD] [XCX] [MK8] 21:9 shadow flicker fix
[WWHD] [XCX] [MK8] 21:9 shadows should still scale to pow2 or they will flicker. Fixed by scaling both X and Y to Y value. [XCX] further 21:9 late game fixes
