add r4i-d.com; update BL2CK compatibility list
...
add r4iplat.com and r4i-d.com to the R4DS Pro BL2CK compat. list;
r4i-d.com seems to be related to the R4DS Pro.
The last kernel release (1.41) seems to be broken as games don't load,
whether or not it is just poor game compatibility, I'm not sure.

BL2CK: Revert R4DS Pro to flashcard-bootstrap 1.3.0
...
This allows some R4DS Pro related carts to boot, such as r4iplat.com. DLDI has also been updated to the newest acekard drivers (5eb0541).

It seems the firmware doesn't actually set the SDHC variable? So we

Fix BL2CK logic in r4isdhc.hk
...
It turns out dependencies only get built once, instead of every time
the dep is called, so it needs to be cp until the last file, which is
mv.
TODO do this in a cleaner way.

pk3ds: correct website url and remove cheats

It's pk3ds.com, not pk3ds.org. I'm not sure how I got the tld wrong when I added it to the archive. Cheat DBs weren't removed. I believe you can use usrcheat.dat instead of ENG.dat and whatnot.
