Adopt changes for the new libgui
...
- Needs a new SelectBox wrapper with default values.
- Removed the scale parameter from the default chechbox/Switch
- Removed unneeded values from the common.h

c6ddfdc86f
Now you can disable the network controller. In some games (e.g. splatoon) the network thread causes disconnects. This will hopefully fix this

In the Settings you can:
- disable/ enable the music
- disable/ enable rumble
- set the language
