The image wiiulegacy/libiosuhax on Docker Hub provides a prebuilt library in the /artifacts directory. Copy it into your DevkitPPC portlibs folder.

Example:

COPY --from=wiiulegacy/libiosuhax:0.3 /artifacts $DEVKITPRO/portlibs
