Set up 3rd tab in settings screen for any other settings. Added new images for tabs.(NeoRame). Did some housekeeping with the code.

change wbackground to align with buttons. remove settings and buttons while using the keyboard from the settings menu. set up page tabs in settings menu. if we decide to keep it, more time can be spent on the graphics.
