giantpune 8c076a8eb9 changed fatmounter.c by taking out all the stuff to detect the first FAT partition. Because it is now included in libfat. This file is in our downloads section for people that want it. If you compile a dol/ elf without it, it will have issues seeing FAT usb partitions.

All language files should now be encoded in UTF-8, unicode fix option was removed, fixed slowdown for large fonts loaded from SD, small changes in game info page, merged XML database changes to trunk (see log for rev536).
